Product information
Normally used in bathroom locations. This model is for operation with the room light switch. When the light is switched on the fan comes on, when the light is switched off the fan continues to run for a pre-set time. Requires permanent live, switched live and neutral (3 wires excluding earth) at the fan position in order to operate correctly. Please note that the run-on timer function cannot be used unless you have these three wires to connect.
Additionally there is a built in humidistat, which turns the fan on when the relative humidity (condensation level) reaches the trigger threshold. Once the condensation clears the fan runs on for the pre-set time then switches off. The humidistat will always over-ride the timer even when the room light is off. This fan requires a permanently energised supply from a circuit that is not routinely switched on/off.
