For an insight into the steps involved for building your conservatory, please see our “How to… install a self-build conservatory guide”.
Where should I position my conservatory
One of the most important factors when planning your conservatory is which way will it face.
What happens after I have placed my order?
Within 3 days of placing your order you will receive an acknowledgment pack providing all the useful information or telephone numbers you may need. The pack includes a letter confirming your order, the specific base plans for your conservatory and a step-by-step installation DVD. Your technical installation manual is delivered with your conservatory.
When will I receive my conservatory?
Your conservatory will be delivered within 21 days from placing your order. You will be contacted prior to delivery to make convenient arrangements.
Do I need to be present when my conservatory is delivered?
Your conservatory will be delivered by our dedicated delivery teams who will unload the conservatory and place it in an appropriate location for you. However, you do need to be there to check and sign for your delivery.
What is covered by the 10 year manufacturers guarantee?
The complete conservatory is guaranteed for 10 years; the only exception is hardware which is covered for 2 years.
What is an Insurance Backed Guarantee?
In the unlikely event that our supplier ceases to trade, your 10 year manufacturers guarantee will transfer to the insurance company giving you complete peace of mind.
What is included in the price?
The price includes the conservatory and all the fixings, sealants, flashing band, cresting and finial (where appropriate) and rainwater goods required. The price does not include base, dwarf wall, installation, flooring and accessories. Delivery of your conservatory is free.
Can I position the French doors and opening windows anywhere within the conservatory?
Yes, French doors and opening windows can go in any location around the conservatory. The only restriction applies to dwarf wall Edwardian, Victorian and Traditional models because it is not possible to put the French doors on the 90 degree corners due to the dwarf wall.
What is Low-E glass?
Low-E energy-efficient glass helps improve the efficiency of your conservatory. Its protective coating will keep you warmer in the winter months and cooler in the summer.
