Remember, for the best results always cook with the lid on!

    Grilling

    1. Light your barbecue on full and leave it to pre-heat for 5 minutes.
    2. Place the food on the cooking grate directly above the burners

    Roasting

    Q™ 100
    1. Switch on to full and pre-heat for five minutes
    2. Turn down to low, place your food in the middle of the cooking grate and close the lid
    Q200/Q300
    1. Switch on and pre-heat as above, turn the middle burner off and the other to medium
    2. Place your food in the middle of the cooking grate and close the lid

  • Charcoal cooking methods

    Grilling

    1. Open the lid and bowl vents and spread the glowing briquettes evenly across the charcoal grate
    2. Replace the cooking grate and arrange the food directly above the hot briquettes

    Roasting

    1. Arrange glowing briquettes on each side of the charcoal grate
    2. Pour a little water into a drip tray and place in the middle
    3. Replace the cooking grate and put your food directly above the drip tray

    Grilling

    1. Light your barbecue on full and leave it to pre-heat for 5 minutes
    2. Place the food on the cooking grate directly above the burners

    Roasting

    1. Light your barbecue on full and pre-heat for 5 minutes
    2. Switch off the middle burner(s) and arrange your food on the cooking grate above the un-lit burners
    3. Lower the temperature by turning the outside burners to medium and close the lid
