The canopy gear allows the door to travel in vertical tracks and is counterbalanced by an overhead torsion spring. In the open position, the door projects from the opening approximately one third of the door height, forming a canopy.

Roller Doors roll up vertically into a compact coil. This type of door covers an area slightly larger than the opening and sits behind on runners, ideal for unusually shaped openings, and even archways.

An ideal solution for people who want to gain extra space in their garage, roller doors only need a relatively small amount of head room space. Roller doors open vertically so you can park your car up close to the garage door, while push button automation makes it so easy to open and close your garage door.

When measuring for a new garage door, remember you need much more than your door panel itself. All brand new up and over garage doors require a fixing sub frame for installation so make sure you consider when measuring, order or installing. If you're fitting a new door to an existing frame, there's no need to buy a new one.

1.

Measure the height

Measure from the top of the existing height, from the lintel to the floor and on the left and right to allow for any variations in size.
