  • How to join Simply complete the including your contact details and a little bit of information about your home.
  • Where is my welcome email? Most members will receive a welcome email immediately, which includes your membership details. From time to time there may be a bit of a delay for some customers. It's usually because lots of other people want to join too! So we're grateful for your patience.
  • Where is my card? If you are in England, Wales or Northern Ireland the B&Q Club is currently cardless. All you need is your 16-digit membership number to access its benefits. You can show your membership number or barcode in any format - a printed copy, via email on your phone or via your barcode in the B&Q app. Cards are however available in Scotland as part of a regional roll out. Look out for them coming further afield soon!
  • How do I redeem an offer? Simply present your membership number and any vouchers you may have (if applicable) at the tills in-store or online to take advantage of any of the B&Q Club rewards available at that time. It's that easy.
  • Is the B&Q Club available on Yes. If we have an online offer for Club members at that time, then simply enter your membership number at the checkout to qualify.
  • Can I use my membership on the self-service in-store checkouts? Yes, your Club membership number can be captured at these checkouts. You will need to ask a member of staff to access the relevant checkout screen for you.
  • How do I register for a free 'You Can Do It' or Kid's Classes? Choose the class and store location, then simply contact the contact centre on 0845 600 5428 quoting LOYALTY and the team will then discount the class to zero.
  • I've lost my membership number. What do I do? Every email from us will always include your membership number, so therefore either find a previous email from us, or your membership number can be emailed to you at any time via the request facility on The B&Q Club home page or by clicking here.
  • Can I update my details? You can update your details any time using the “Update your details” link on The B&Q Club home page or by clicking here.
