Our social responsibility policy works in conjunction with our parent company Kingfisher's corporate responsibility programme and has been adopted by the board of B&Q.

Our commitments are progressively implemented through defined action plans. Progress is measured, reported and independently verified using performance indicators. Our social responsibility policy and supporting buying standards are reviewed at least annually.
