The nominated charities from February 2008 - February 2011 are:
- UK: Age UK and NSPCC incorporating Children 1st in Scotland (three year partnerships commencing 2008)
- Ireland: ISPCC (three year partnership commencing 2008) and Multiple Sclerosis Ireland (two year partnership commencing 2009)
We are unable to give permission to other charities wishing to undertake charity collections outside our stores (with the exception of collections for the Royal British Legion's Poppy Appeal, BBC Children in Need and Comic Relief/Sports Relief).
We are not looking to establish any new partners at the current time and will be reviewing our charity partners towards the end of 2010. Any updates to this will be communicated here.
- We are fundraising for Help for Heroes in a number of ways: supporting the design and build of a garden which will be on show at three prestigious garden shows this year, from the sale of two limited edition products on sale from 24 May and staff fundraising events
- In June we will be getting on our bikes with the B&Q Bike it! sponsored bike rides raising valuable funds for NSPCC/Children 1st and ISPCC
