This timber 22.2kg folding loft access kit includes a ladder, loft surround, trap door and spring assisted stowage, allowing you to get into your loft safely and conveniently. It has three sections, folds down, is easy to store, and has slip resistant rungs for safe, comfortable climbing. It extends from a minimum height of 1110mm to a maximum height of 2.8m; and will support a load of up to 150kg. It comes with a spring-assisted stowage system built in, keeping it secure whilst stored and easy to retract when you need to access your loft.
