• Cut back pipe work to point of entry to room, supply and fit new pan connector; re-pipe toilet/bidet water supply upto 1 metre
• Securing/fixing toilet/bidet to floor, securing cistern to wall where necessary
• Connection to taps (thermostatic valve to be used where necessary), fit isolation valves and/or non-return valves (where required), bath waste, connect soil pipe, re-affix bonding if required
