Not up to standard!

I fit bathrooms and kitchens. Thought I would give this a shot, as it looks good and the blurb said all the right things, I.e. Easy to cut, good durability etc.
It was delivered with about 5 to 6 scratches which I could not remove. Luckily, it is reversible and with the shape I needed to cut, just managed to fit it without showing the damage. I had to fit it the same day, as I could not wait for another piece. This is very expensive, and not worth the money. Even at half the price, it is definitely not durable enough for every day use. I will be going back to a decent laminate, or granite in future.
