Great cabin and great price. Manufacturers service is 1st class. I agree instructions are quite hard to work out - perhaps a dvd would help?

Minor niggle - end detail of roof needs slighty better weather protection- I solved with some aluminium edging but a provided kit would be better.

Terrace is full size - our bistro set fits nicely.

Overall still 5 stars due to overall quality.

Need a large cabin - get this one!

bert purchase ever

Bought this as a spring/summer gift to ourselves.
Delivery was quick & very straightforward, (Two older guys who were FANTASTIC). As previously stated you do need a day to sort out pieces into their categories
Instructions in my opinion were bit vague at times but to be honest pictures were very helpful. Once the first layer of logs were down the rest was a breeze.A big child's jigsaw really. After looking at similar cabins on other sites and which I might say were way more expensive (and thinner logs),this one outshines them by a mile(and maybe the whole marathon)Especially as we bought on a 20% weekend lol. All we need now is a lot of sunshine & it's happy happy days.Would definately recommend to ALL

Excellent value

Bought this in the early summer after wanting one for years. Delivery was straightforward though in reality it did take at least 8 calendar weeks. Having said that it would have been the busy season for the manufacturers. You need a fair size area to have this delivered onto - they use a crane on the back of the truck. The packed kit is probably about 4.5m L x 2m W x 1.5m H.
Some of the instructions are a bit confusing for the novice but the suppliers are really helpful. You have to make sure you lay all the bits out in piles of the same size. This probably takes half a day in itself! We got at least 2 spares of everything apart from the roof bearers. This seems to be intentional so that you don't have to hassle the suppliers if something is damaged. Dry weather is preferable too as the wood is untreated and will warp in rain if left uncovered. It's like a big jigsaw to put together and you need at least 2 people to erect the building.
This is such a sturdy building with thicker walls than many on other websites that are more expensive. Roof tiles were a real surprise as we thought we would get green felt. They took ages to put on but look lovely
My Kinver cabin looks absolutely stunning and is very roomy inside. I only checked B & Q as a last resort but was really surprised and very happy. You could easily pay double for a similar cabin. The picture does not do this cabin justice as they have used the smaller version as illustration. If you want one, you probably wont get better than this for the money!
