Good in parts
This shower tray has just been fitted and I haven’t used it yet, but it looks and feels hood and is what I expected to arrive. However, it took 3 deliveries of shower trays to get one that wasn’t broken. I think the packaging is insufficient to properly protect it. Also, when I phoned B and Q to report this I was then told I had to deal with the verified seller. Whilst they were helpful and acted promptly I felt that as my contract was with B and Q they should have dealt with this.
