Avoid flimsy, poor and broken mechanism.
I thought external doors all automatically had a minimum of 5 years guarantee-apparently not. The lock broke soon after fitting so we replaced but now the whole mechanism is broken and apparently it's not covered by any guarantee. Very disappointed that b&q would even stock something this low quality. Lesson learned. Never buy a external door from b&q. They won't help you after 90days.

Totally useless
Disgusted. Broken. Security of my house compromised. No one cared at all. Still no compensation for my MASSIVE inconvenience.

Bad locking mechanism.
The 4 point locking system was impossible to align. Ended up taking off the side receivers completely and just left on the key lock. The actual door itself is OK and would be good value if the locks worked properly.

Great door.
Great door, slightly dented when opened but was installed before noticing. Happy with product though.

Disappointed parts missing eg handle screws lock missing had to go and by parts as door to heavy to return.

Door lock
I was pleased with the door got a proper fitter to put it in but the lock was the wrong one to late that night to do anything but got it to lock couldn't open it next morning so had to go tool station got a new one and he came out and fitted it OK now

Door is good but lock is dreadful.
The door itself is great. Makes the kitchen much warmer and looks great. Seems very weatherproof so far. The lock is dreadful. It can be locked if the door is open but once the door is closed the key will not lock.
