Bought a few weeks ago and it look great in my back garden. Quality control seems to be a bit of an issue though

Good product apart from being a bit broken!
The bench itself is lovely and for a good price. Unfortunately, the front slat that you sit on was totally detached as it had not been secured properly with the screws, and the dowel connecting the back arm rest was also broken. I emailed to report the issues via responding to an email they sent me (this was the only contact info I had and it didn't say -no reply) nearly 2 weeks ago but no reply. I have fixed it myself, but don't feel you should have to fix something that you have just brought new!

Great quality and price
Bought this to replace very old bench which was beyond repair. Very surprised at such good quality hard wood for such reasonable price. Bonus was that it was very easy to assemble, and feels sturdy enough to stand up to various age grandchildren climbing over it!

Just perfect
I recently bought this bench to go in my front garden as that’s where I get sun, I now actually prefer it in back garden and I’ve had compliments from neighbours how nice it is, good size for 3 seater and feels very sturdy ..perfect for what I need.
