To open and close the parasol you simply wind the handle, some small assembly of the base is required.

Well made Parasol
Not had chance to properly use yet as Summer disappeared almost as soon as we bought. However it is very sturdy and well made.

Still awaiting refund
As per my previous review do not buy this product it is a waste of money. Also I am still awaiting my refund!!! B&Q will mess you around with time wasting emails even when you escalate the issue. I just hope someone from the head office read this!!! I have no option but to take legal action.

Waste of money
Arrived quickly hence the one star. Black marks all over the canopy Small tears along the seems that will no doubt spread given time. Very difficult to raise to the position needed before using crank handle. Is YELLOW not cream Very disappointing awaiting refund

Great product.... Perfect shade
This is a perfect sized shade for protection from sun & heat! It covers a 2 seater sofa, 2 single chairs & coffee table area. Easy to construct. Needs 4 plastic stabiliser blocks filled with water to secure-bought separately.

Easy to set up
Very easy to set up, but has more of a yellow tone than cream. Disappointed by the colour

Led lights are extremely disappointing
The led lights come from the blue tooth speaker and that's it. It works like a normal parasol. It also doesn't come a base.

Great addition to the garden
Bought this product in time for the summer and has not disappointed. So easy to put together my 2 year old could even help.

Amazing product
I brought this as a present for my partner after we have had done our garden. We haven’t put it up yet but quality seems amazing. Quick delivery and receive an hour window slot for when they was coming. You are thinking of buying this product then do!!

Great product but need to be tall
Once set up this is a great product. I struggled to set it up and use it as I am short. Good quality fabric and looks good. Does the job!
