Door had build defects, top rail & stiles weren't in a line & required planing.
Stile has huge 6mmbow which needed planning & checking with straight edge.
This took masses of time to get right bringing it in/out of inside as door would have looked hideous if left.
I am lucky as I am a carpenter, if not it would have been a lost cause.
Once finished, door was generally sound & looks good once sanded & oiled.
These are things you cant check with delivery as opposed to checking in store.
I need more but will go to store next time

Slight disappointment that panels are made up of wooden battens stuck together but mail frame has veneer to make it look one piece. However, found construction to be solid. Door arrived with covering plastic plus a carton box but not corner pieces of hard plastic - so only 4 marks out of 5 for protection. The price is competitive as compared to my other local retailer (but may give it 5 had I have opportunity to compared to more retailers).
