Product information
The Escape Insulated Garden Room is the perfect addition to your garden, providing a modern twist with its practical and stylish design. Made up of 12mm pressure-treated tongue & groove cladding, either side of 25mm EcoTherm insulation, the walls consist of 70mm panels, reinforced with super-strength 38mm x 63mm framing. The floor consists of 12mm cladding either side of 25mm EcoTherm insulation, supported by 28mm x 44mm framing, reinforced by super-strength bearers. The roof consists of 50mm EcoTherm insulation with cladding either side, reinforced by super-strength 38mm x 63mm framing throughout (unlike other garden room manufacturers) and is protected with an EPDM thick rubber roofing, shielding the garden room from rainwater and tree sap. This bespoke structure consists of a double door panel with a Euro lock & key mechanism, with double-glazed safety toughened glass windows (4mm-6mm-4mm). The insulated walls at the front include double-glazed windows, along with two panels along the sides also including an opening top window. The wall panels are modular, meaning they can be positioned in various places around the structure to suit your garden space. The height of the garden room is below 2.5m, meaning no planning permission is required. Included is a free installation service, providing you have a firm and level base to build the product on (we recommend solid concrete or concrete slabs to protect the longevity of your garden room). Although the panels are all pressure treated, we strongly advise the annual application of a high-quality spirit-based wood preservative so you can enjoy your garden room for many prosperous years.
