Bi fold mayhem
Bought these 4 bi fold doors to make my though room more accessible for mobility needs so all doors leading off one room. Unfortunately one door was badly damaged and the rail was damaged, wood door knobs broke or dented screws missing and illegible . The second door had no rails at all again illegible instructions and no pivot. We opened a third and used all parts from that one to make a good pair. Phoned customer service and she is sorting out a pick up service in order to enable a refund to my account. I ordered two solid doors to match and there has been no issues whatsoever. Love shopping at b&q . This is first time I’ve had a negative but B&Q have no problems sorting it out

damaged, not sqare . got an exchange 2nd bi fold door just as bad will keep it and make it better before l fit can't mess about any longer.

Wouldn't buy again
Did not arrive on due date. Was told I'd be refunded. No refund appeared but the doors arrived weeks after due date, with damage. Track is too wide so door doesn't hang properly, should have been straightforward to install. Don't have the energy to contact customer service again, especially as the original agreed outcome (a refund so that I could source doors elsewhere) wasn't honoured.

Faulty on delivery
Bought this product a few weeks ago. I'm a pensioner so waited for installation. When checked it was found to be quite warped. Luckily the installer was able to bring it back to shape and I am now very pleased with result even though I should have returned it as faulty

Great product.
JUST FITTED DOORS AND THE LOOK GREAT. THE FINISH WAS OK BUT THEY COULD HAVE COUNTER SUNK THE HINGES. I HAVE REPLACED THE HINGES THAT CAME WITH THE DOOR FOR STRONGER ONES FOR DURABILITY. I HAD LAMINATE DOWN AND PUT CARPET OVER THEM SO THE DOORS DID NOT FIT, BUT YOU CAN CUT ABOUT8CM FROM THE BOTTOM IF REQUIRED. OVERALL FOR THE PRICE THESE ARE GOOD LOOKING DOORS.

Absolutely Rubbish
I recieved 2 lots of the doors due to the first lot being damaged and fixtures completely twisted.. the second lot were bowed but didn’t realise this until doors were in situ .. absolutely rubbish quality .. do not waste your money ..

The door is listed as white, but it is not. It is a cream, so had to paint white!
