We bought this in Liffey Valley Ireland. (< 500EUR) Have to completely disagree with the other reviews regarding the quality. It did not need sanding what so ever. Both our 1year old and 4 year old LOVE it. Quality is fabulous especially for the Irish wet winters. I often go out to it myself and spend time in it with the kids playing when its too wet outside to play.

A hit with the kids!

Bought this at a discounted price and was worth every penny! Took 2 of us about 4-5 hours to complete and the children are now happily painting it! Hours of fun will be had in this no doubt, absolutely love it! My daughter has already furnished with carpet, bunting and an air freshener! :) recommended

Loved building this play house as everything went together so well. The only things that stopped it being a 5star was a missing piece of timber ( rectified by the store) and a problem with one of the water pistol gaps not closing properly. Overall my grandson loves it and that's what is important.

Not impressed

Not impressed with the quality of this item for the price paid, first problem was B&Q did not forward my complete address so delivery was delayed. When the item came I was not happy with the quaility of the wood, the instructions said that some part my need sanding, (try nearly all the parts they were that rough) & for something thats for kids it would have been splinter all the time, some of the wood for the frame work was that bad it would have been no good sanding it as it looked like someone had been hacking at it with an axe, also one panel was smashed on the frame which we had to repair.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE
