Bought yesterday and used last night..did it’s job no problem..would have given 5stars but assembly of heat spreader on top a bit fiddly ..but functions well, east to light and follow instructions, no smoke and soot deposits following morning
extremely poor.

I bought this product from B&Q in High Wycombe, when i got it home to assemble the heater there were no wicks in the box,i tried to call Apollo EIGHT TIMES in two hours there was no answer and you cannot email them either, total disgrace and Apauling customer service.
I certainly would not recommend the product or the company based on my experience with their customer service alone.
So far so good

I bought this for heating a small shed I use for fly tying, and guitar practice. “Avoiding the wife”
Soaked the wick for a couple of hours and away it went.
Excellent value for money

I've been using my greenhouse heater for just over a year and it has been great and reliable. It's never flickered out and the wick doesn't char and leave dust around. It does take some practice getting the wicks set right in order to get a steady burn, but other than that, I can only recommend this.
Good value

It is important that you soak the wick for a period so that the wick is saturated. Also never let it run dry.
