We bought this fire about 5-6 yrs ago, however we decided to see if we could have a real fire instead and put the fire up in our loft. When the open fire idea failed we got the gas one installed. We were told it wouldn’t be enough to heat the room without central heating too but this simply isn’t true. We don’t have the central heating on in the lounge at all, just the gas fire. It’s been a really good buy, the only thing is the coals have now shrunk and we need to get a new set, I’m guessing this is usual with this type of fire.
Don't buy !!!

The fire is grey not black and the overall effect is very poor. I'm not sure what its made of as the frame and the coals have rusted after just over a year. Worst purchase I've ever made.
Where are the sizes on the drawing ?????????

No sizes at all on the drawing to establish what brickwork opening recess is needed...... Wo thought of that one?

I bought this a month ago and was really pleased not only with the order and delivery service from B & Q and their outside contractors that fitted it but the end product is a delightful addition to our living room and has been much enjoyed particularly in the recent very cold spell!
Very nice fire!

Looks good in the living room with cream marble surround. Does not look cheap.
