Armitage Shanks - Don't be fooled

Bought this about 10 days ago without inspection specifically for size 1685 and also the brand Armitage Shanks, and was immediately disappointed when I was assembling it today.
THE ADJUSTABLE LEGS ARE MISSING.
The W shaped metal attachment frame for legs is very flimsy and its screwed into position by two small screws directly onto chipboard underneath the bath.
The ends of the metal leg frame is then held into place by flimsy plastic inserts attached by two small screws onto a very weak and thin strip of timber under the bath edge. This entire system does not feel secure to hold the bath in its entirety.
The tap holes are way too big, and I will need adapter washers to secure my Bristan taps.
God knows if the drain plug and over flow fits properly when I check.
This brand is down the toilet...

I brought this last month and was disappointed that it was not sold sith the bath panels or handles. After speaking to the store I was told that these items didn't come with the bath and would have to order separately. I decided I couldn't wait so got the put some screws in the handle holes with a plastic knob to cover the screw head. The other thing is the plastic that covers the bath is still on and I've tried everything like wasting liquid and baby, but still not coming off and I don't want to use anything too abrasive which would damage or scratch the bath. Any ideas please.

Bought 10th April 2019, wooden bath support rail was not fully glued to bath, support rails were lower than the bath rim which means the securing brackets supplied cannot be used. Bath support rail on one side was bent which meant there was not a uniform gap along the bath length for a bath panel to fit. This cannot be seen before purchase because the cardboard protection cover hides the wooden supports. Plug hole was not drilled centrally in the plug countersink which meant the bath waste could not be fitted and get a good water seal. Ideal Standard has agreed that it was defective and will replace but cannot be done for 3 months !!
