A good quality item!

The drainer is extremely heavy (over 25kg) and is very robustly built. It compliments the solid oak worktop and Belfast sink perfectly.
A very good item.
Does what is expected!

Today the drainer arrived so I am answering DIY.com several request to review it over the last month (prior to arrival of it.). It is about 50mm high which is higher/thicker than I was expecting. My fault as I didn't check the thickness only the size due the location of the sink itself. Saying that it works, washed up some glasses and let the water drain. Yes I could have got cheaper plastic or even oak drainers but I wanted it to match the sink and it does.Ergo looks like it should be there.
Butler white kitchen drainer.

Bought this from seeing in brochure as not available in store. I have been looking for a draining board for use with Belfast/butler sink for some time without success as not apparently widely available. So far it has been fit for purpose and I am quite happy with purchase.

Bought this three months ago, great looks + great size. Just found out that water has not been draining properly though drainer is practically hanging off edge of Butler sink, now solid oak worktop has to be re-oiled sooner than expected due to the amount of water escaping underneath the drainer, leaving worktop surface underneath wet and damp. Would give it zero star if I could for poor functionality. Now in better use (for me) as a display stand for my beautiful kitchen accessories by Eva Solo.
Looks lovely but arrived amashed

This is only available for home delivery. I waited 2 weeks and it arrived with the corners smashed. It was poorly packaged only in a cardboard box. What a shame, as it looked good quality and an ideal accompaniment for my belfast sink.
