I bought this for a one off job, routing aerial cables through the roof of a narrow boat. Because of its flexibility, it worked far better than the cable access kit I had tried.
Had it make regular use of this item, I would prefer it on a reel, to avoid "bird nesting", but it did the job required for a very good price.
Most useless item in B&Q inventory?

Every time I tried to thread the cable down the back of the wall, it just curled up. The magnet attachment was no use, it just meant that the cable would attach to one of the metal studs which my house uses. I eventually resorted to using a paper measuring tape instead (which, incidentally, was far cheaper) and returned the cable to B&Q for a refund. To B&Q, I suggest withdrawing this product from sale!
