Performs its described role adequately but for the price you'd expect some proper cable grips rather than X-shaped cuts in thinner areas of the semi-rigid plastic.
A similar item 'Chocbox connector cover' (out of stock at the time) costs half as much, has proper cable grips and according to the photos a 3-way terminal strip is also included! It's almost as if the prices have been swapped.
In addition, the dimensions on the website (W=50mm, D=30mm, L=110mm) are wrong. Item ELEK0111, product code 03620533 measures W=40mm, D=27mm, L=65mm.

Abysmal and a waste of money. Back to B&Q AGAIN.

Bought this to protect a terminal strip at a join in a circuit. The box is made of brittle plastic and the cable-grips at the entry and exit points either broke off or cut into the cable sleeve. The centre of the box, for some reason, contains a sharp, raised ridge about half way along the bottom surface and a pointed post coming from the top surface. Both these restrict the position of the terminal strip to half the box making it a very tight fit and, annoyingly, making necessary two different
lengths for the entry and exit cable. Very unforgiving and frustrating and quite a fiddle to get both ends in the box and retained by the cable grips. The retaining screws for the box lid do not seem to be long enough and only grip into the first half millimetre or so of the box. As a result and in view of the previously described tight fit of the terminal strip, the thread on the plastic box got stripped and rendered the whole thing fit only for the rubbish bin.
