I bought this soldering iron today and have been using it for the past hour. I can not believe that I have been sold a product that just isn't fit for purpose. The end of the soldering iron has actually melted. I will be returning this product tomorrow for a refund.

Probably the worst tool I have ever bought from B&Q. Unfortunately I can't give a zero score.

    Very useful Soldering Iron.

A good iron with a good sized point for soldering. Like all irons, it pays to wipe the tip on a damp sponge to remove old solder flux then 'tin' the tip before applying solder where you need it. Little bit pricey but when it lasts you wont mind that.
