We purchased this after wanting one for years but at £3K plus couldn't justify the cost.
We've been running it about a month now - we have been looking after the water quality diligently and found it easy to set up and empty with practise. Purchased a water pump to assist with speed. Only issues being found are the set up instructions are sketchy and difficult to find for your model online. We confused it with others with similar names so specifications change slightly but we coped and set up in about 2 hours first time round.
Its a bit of a learning curve but we have enjoyed learning - and the weather has been great too so relaxing in this at the end of a working day has become the reward to look forward to.
Found the lay-z-spa warranty a little difficult to register for but have contacted customer services to ask for assistance. They come back usually within 3 days so help is at hand in after sales.
this product is superb and easy to set up

Arrived today I had been prepared and brought all my accessories through lazy-z-spa (all the chemicals, pool vacuum, lights etc) it took us 2 hours to get this up the delivery men couldn’t get the box through the door had to take everything through to the back. Currently leaking and deflating for no reason. The pump connects are level and I have tightened them to the max but still leak the lazy z spa it’s self seems to have deflated from when I put it up earlier. The floor mats that I ordered with this wasn’t the right size even though b and q decide to add them as a combination and to top that I had to go to the range to get a chemical floater as the one b and q claim comes with it doesn’t ! Never have I had problem after problem I’ve been calling friends over to help we have disconnected it connected it and still continues to leak. Don’t bother wasting time and money I’m annoyed at all the accessories they are cheap and do not do there job I hope to gain a full refund and I will be getting a real hot tub not this cheap and ugly thing.
Superb hot tub with the cost of the big boys

Walked into B&Q and loved this from the outset. The cost made it really desirable too.
The box is big and heavy so it needs a big car to fit it in, and two people to carry so be prepared. Got it home and unpacked it. The instructions are not very clear , but a bit of common sense and you can work out whats what. Best advice is to have your flat area ready. I bought some foam matting as a base then laid the bubble mat on top of that.
Next up is to lay the main tub/liner on top , then unpack the pump and put it next to it. Connect the long black convoluted pipe to the pump outlet and the other end into the connector on the tub. This is to inflate it. Turn on the pump and press the bubble function to inflate. Stop when you feel its hard enough. Next, use the same pipe to inflate the white lid. Place it inside the lid cover then inflate it. Place the tub where you want it and then hook up the pump fully. Once its filled with water and the pump positioned, it isnt moving. The pump is a fixed part. Fill with water which took me approx 2 hours, then put then lid on and press the filter and the heat function. Make sure its at 40 c.
Ive bought a gazebo to cover it which is fab. The jets are superb and bubble function is great too. I have been amazed by just how good it is.
All in all its been a great purchase. B&Q were very very helpful too when we bought it.
You wont get this cheaper anywhere else.
