Excellent value
This sleeping pad represents excellent value for money I have used this pad several times now and have felt no cold through it whatsoever though I must admit the coldest temperature I've used it at is 4 degrees Centigrade after its been blown up using the pump sack which is very easy to use by the way my first impression was it sounds noisy crackle crisp packet type but when you get in your sleeping bag you just don't notice this noise.its very comfortable to sleep on even as a side sleeper like me I haven't had to put any extra air into it at anytime I've used it . considering it's R rating 7.4 it packs down very small and light and when you compare it to other pads with a similar R value this is a absolute bargain highly recommended

Great backpacking essential!!
Great mat! Light enough for backpacking, comfortable and well insulated! Have been very warm!! Haven't used the bag to inflate as I have a small pump but inflates quickly and holds good pressure throughout the night. Definitely recommend!
