Nightmare assembly - 3.5 hours!

This BBQ took me 3.5 hours to assemble. I'm normally quite good at this sort of thing, but there were too many fiddly parts, poor fit, very difficult to understand documentation and a design error which makes it nearly impossible to insert the lid-hinge pin without loosening another screw, which by this stage of the build is almost inaccessible.
Having said all that, now that it is up, I rather like it. It is sturdy, good value for the money and works well.
Very oddly, there is a section at the rear, above the grill, which is only there to support a warming rack. It has no purpose otherwise. It involves 3 metal parts, 6 screws, 12 washers and 6 nuts. All this, yet there is no warming rack included, or indeed available as an extra. This makes no sense - I'd like to know the reason.
In summary, I'm happy with it now it is built. If I'd even suspected the nightmare it was to assemble I'd never have bought it.
Worst product to build ever !

This product has the worst set of instructions and is the most difficult item to build I’ve ever come across. Taking this back as nothing fits right, very cheaply made extremely poor quality

Bought this bar b q in April and it has already been used more often than our last one was over the past two years, simply because it is so easy to clean and put away. We bought a cover for it at the same time which we've never had before, so hopefully will last for a very very long time. My only 'gripe' is, it seems to have a place for a warming rack (Not included) and can't seem to find one online. Can anyone help ??
Great value for money.
Great for the price!

Great entry level BBQ, only thing stopping a 5* is the fact it doesn’t have a top rack to keep cooked food hot. Easy to put together, took about 1hr.
