Great gazebo

Bought this for the second time, first one lasted 5 years, only had to replace as we didn't store it correctly. Second one we have kept up for a full year, still looks good
Excellent

fitted 20 people for sit down dinner with plenty of space, could have fitted 32 people at a push, so very happy . what I'm not happy with is one day after i bought it the price went down by £100.00.
Great quality affordable gazebo/party tent

I bought this yesterday after our party at a venue was cancelled so we were looking to have a party at home. I had checked a few websites but quality looked poor unless you spent much higher amounts, plus poles were small diameter with plastic connectors. Saw that local store had one left in stock so went and picked up, I have to say that I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality for the price. The poles are all large diameter and lock together well by engaging then twisting to prevent falling back out. All the pole joints are steel and so it is very sturdy. The canvas seems to be good quality and relative heavy duty which is held in with elastic balls connectors which is easy to use but very strong. There are also Velcro ties for the sides plus rigging lines to help hold down. The only small criticism would be the zips seem a bit flimsy and heavier type would make this perfect. However, overall I am more than happy and for occasional so use this is very good quality compared to others I have seen, recommended.
Easy to assemble. Good enough quality.

No comments about B&Qs post-COVID stock-control! They didn't have the gazebo I wanted in Reading or Farnborough despite both showing substantial stock. In the end I had to at ahave something for my son's 21st so I plumped for Betty. The poles are substantial. I have had gazebos before with spindly 14mm poles. These are much more substantial. The plastic canvasses are attached with a multitude of elastic loops with plastic knobs. The frame is easy to assemble and the elastic too. 2 caveats: the instructions imply you should fully assemble the legs before fitting the roof. I think it's much better to put the upper part of the legs in all round, put the roof on and then raise it up by fitting the lower parts of the legs. The other is that I thought it would look better if the plastic knob were hidden behin the flap in the roof canvass, but when you come to fit the end and side walls, they share the loops that you put the roof on with, so you want them on the outside of the flap where you can get to them. I've thought of a third... The side walls each have a zipped flap door (actually the quality of the zips is quite poor so be gentle with those) and there are velcros to attach the "doorposts" to the legs, which you can't do, if like me, you put the wall on the wrong way round! All very easy and better than average quality for this entry-level of the market.
