I bought two of these last summer and they both worked great till the weather turned then darkness. Only just got around to finding the problem and have found both transformers dead. I guess I bought these on their looks and not the reviews....
This product is not fit for pupose

I bought 3 half metre and 2 one metre lights. They were installed professionally but after some rain they all gathered condensation and the transformers all blew. I will now have to replace them all at additional expense and considerable inconvenience.
Look nice but dont work

Had these installed for just over a month and have stopped working. Exchanged 4 out of 6 of them. They lasted another month and stopped working again. Took them all back for a refund and bought different ones.
Electrician advises there is a fault issue with the transformers.

Brought four of these lamps in October. All lamps lasted three months then packed up with faulty led unit. Returned them with the receipt but told thay would not take them back as thay were not in the original packaging. Thanks B.Q

We had 4 of these lights installed by an electrician in August 2019 on a newly laid patio. After 3 months and only a handful of times being switched on, 1 of the 4 lights just stopped working. Seems a common problem, based on other customer reviews.
I removed the faulty one myself as didn't want to pay the electrician again and thought it would be simple to just follow the wiring as I found it inside the light (took plenty of photos as I did this!).
B&Q exchanged for a replacement light as I had the receipt. Managed to fit the new one on fine, just replicating the wiring I found on the old one. Don't have to be an electrical expert to do this - just make sure you isolate at the main house circuit board.
Hoping we won't get any more of the 4 x lights failing but will keep the receipt for the 5 year guarantee, just in case.
