Poor quality control

We bought this bbq for a family event. Assembled with some problems, the tray that folds up and down was a nightmare to attach and it doesn’t sit flush due to the rounded screw heads.
Once we put charcoal in the bbq it warped within a matter of minutes and left us with a tilt. One of the wheeled legs ended up raised higher than the rest. This was even after we had to force a few legs into place.

We bought this yesterday and I am really disappointed. The quality if the fixtures is okay, if slightly flimsy but there are no air holes around the fire to get it to draw which meant ghat it took hours to get to a cooking temperature. I would recommend a disposable barbecue over this.

We've gone through two of these now, the same issue always occurs. Essentially no matter what steps you try to take to keep it dry over the summer it will start to rust badly within a few weeks of purchase either though getting wet in a rain shower or early morning dew (this is while sat on a patio under a plastic BBQ cover). It is fine for a single summer but trying to keep it alive for more then one year is a forlorn hope.
Other then that it's fine for what it is, although the grill surround is badly designed (uses clips only, rather then any more robust fasteners) and when expanding with heat sometimes pops out of position.
Was damged on arrival, but quality is acceptable

Was damaged on arrival, but it is good quality and easily was assembled by my 8 years old son. Grills in the bottom are loose. Will see how long the paint survive.
Big family size bbq

Very pleased with out purchase.
We bought this for EID as we had half a sheep to bbq and this certainly did the job.
Much bigger than I expected, can cook lots at once which is great.
Easy enough to put together and looks quality.
Well worth the price, you would not be disappointed.
The table on the side can be put up to rest plates on or when not in use folds down which is better for storage.
Can't wait for the summer now so we can use it again.
This is the best bbq I've ever bought.
