On 12th and July I purchased 3 posts and interwoven panels and on 15th July I purchased another three posts and panels. The first delivery £30 one of the posts was bent severely I pointed this out to the delivery driver he said i will make a note of this on my paperwork. I telephoned Edinburgh where the delivery came from and they said can you return it and we will replace it. I live 65 miles from Edinburgh and told the lady this but she said you'll have to return it to a B&Q store. Arbroath or Dundee didn't have them.

Today 19th a second delivery one of the posts is bent and one is severely cracked. Why B&Q accepting such low standard quality and why was I not offered a replacement delivered to my address.

Bought 5 75mm fence posts. They were straight and true when purchased. However, after fitting, infuriatingly, several developed 20 or 30 degree rotational twist, so they were aligned at the bottom, but facing in a another direction at the top. It’s ruined the quality of the visual job and it’s going to make installing metal trellis frames, a total bodge. Wish I had bought proper kiln dried posts, as treated posts apparently always do this, because they’re sooo wet and then dry out erratically. A few also had bark, voids and machining damage. Not a great purchase
