Blooma White Marble Rounded pebbles, Bulk 22.5kg Bag

I bought these and they are gorgeous they are bright white and when the sun shines on them they have a little sparkle going on. And when they get a bit grubby I soak them in bucket of bleach and they come up new again.

Bag one was fab, bright white stone that looked great. The next 4 bags were awful.. half full, MUCH smaller - incredibly muddy, spent over an hour washing them! If it wasn’t for covid I would have returned them

In hindsight these need rinsing thoroughly became they are covered with a white residue and there is no information given anywhere about what it is and whether to rinse the stones or not. The residue goes into the soil and also gives a dull appearance to the pebbles. When rinsed the pebbles are lovely and glisten in the sun. I’ve had these now 3 months now and the clean bright white is starting to discolour as the pebbles absorb the soil on the lower layer and look orangey. I guess another layer may do the trick as the pebbles on top seem fine. They do overall give a great contemporary look that I’m pleased with. I just hope this remains over time.

Half if the bag has the required pebbles the other half us made up if dust, which is stuck to the large pebbles and washes off, and very small small stones some of which are black!!!

When I bought these they were covered in a powdery slime and needed cleaning with a hose, which took ages. Once clean, they looked beautiful and shone brightly in the sun. But after a few months, some of them have started turning green, and are very difficult to clean.
