Poor Value, Poor Quality, Just Poor

Product is easy to setup but is unreliable and has failed within 6 months. all batteries replace and the device has just given up. Looking on the market there are many other devices and significantly cheaper prices value for money is also poor.

Bought one. Plastic fixing broke (I glued it in the end) but it just stopped working after a year.
Failing to read these reviews, I bought another (!) to replace it.
That one lasted only 6 months and has failed completely - even new batteries - NOTHING - has got it to work!

Push button mounting is brittle and broke soon after installation.
Bought 2 years ago and was unreliable but has now failed completely.
An expensive oUtley as I bought the plugin and the bartery receiver..
Waste of plastic.
Good - but ?

Door bell itself is good - variety of ringtones is great
Problem is that the plastic catch to hold the cover of the bell-push is too flimsy and breaks off to easily
Wish I had read previous reviews before buying

I purchased thinking I was getting a real bargain- but when fitting the push button a plastic retaining clip broke even though I was being careful- so no way as the plastic aged would replacement battery be successful - poor design and build quality- a pity B&Q aren’t more careful buying in products to sell- then maybe they wouldn’t have to sell off at “sale prices “
