Killer driller - 4 days ago
Brilliant drill . It's too good for a casual diy person. Needs professional use to get value from it.
Avoid at all costs - Very poor quality

Bought one of these about 6 months ago and after 3 - 3 months the gear drive to the chuck packed in. Motor turned but didn't drive the chuck at all. I took it back and B&Q replaced it with a straight swap. Fast forward another 3 months or so. The replacement has packed in the exact same way. No return was accepted by B&Q this time and I needed to purchase a new drill as I'm in the middle of some fencing works- you'll not be surprised that it isn't a Bosch. Only used for light domestic service so it won't do for any professional service and I won't buy any Bosh products ever again.
Bad review buyers must have been unluky!

I've had this since November 2019 and it's been in constant use. I bought it on offer as one of my Makita batteries packed in and got it almost as cheaply as a genuine Makita battery. On first taking it out of the box, it felt like a toy drill compared to my Makita, as it was so light. I was a bit worried that I'd bought a piece of plasticy rubbish. How wrong I was. I've used it more and more as I bought it with two batteries and it has never let me down. The power to weight ratio really surprised me and it really does pack a punch, even on masonry which I normally used my Makita or corded B&D for that. Even after a few masonry holes, the battery was still well charged. The light on the front has come in handier than I anticipated as I first thought it was a bit gimicky. The charge status lights on the battery are really useful too. I've had no issues with the chuck and believe me, I've hammered this drill since I bought it. There may be a design fault with the chuck if other reviewers have had problems, but as I said, fine so far so I would definitely recommend this drill, especially if you want a light weight drill with plenty of oomph thats durable too!

After a few months the drill wouldn’t hold any bits in the chuck under any kind of force. Drilling into wood was even a problem.
Compact and strong
