The Bosch AXT Rapid 2200 Shredder is the perfect the tool of choice for quick shredding of shrubs, branches, and other garden debris. Use this garden shredder to cut through large amounts continuously and uninterrupted with automatic speed control and powerful 2200W motor. Laser-cut blades made of extra-hardened steel can cut branches up to 40mm thick. The double-edged blade can be reversed for prolonged usage. Large garden debris can be safely pushed into the fast-feed hopper with the help of a practical prodder.

Great Garden Tool
Bought this to shred all the small tree branches and sticks and it’s one of my favourite tools to use. I am able to utilise the woodchips and make mulch for my flower beds. Very useful and easy to use

Works well, pricey replacement blades
Works well, not too noisy and the size of the cuttings are perfect for composting. Easy to unblock if it jams, no tools required just one knob to unscrew and the front cover comes off. Only negative is the cost of replacement blades. Third party ones exist but they’re not shaped with the correct angle so don’t work very well. The official blades are doubled sided through so can be flipped over.

Ideal for general garden work.
Ideal for general garden work, cuts down well with both dry and green stuff. Clogs less than others I’ve used and the blades stay sharp longer.

Great Product
This does the job it is intended for, shreds down to a managable size.It is the second one I have owned, the previous one having been used for the last 20 years of very hard work.

Easy electric shredding
This Bosch Electric shredder was easy to assemble and i put it to use and was pleased with shredding 3 large bags of ready to use mulch material. It is easily portable and i felt very safe to use. Happy to highly recommend it!

Works well overall
Works well overall. Leafy material tends to be shredded (larger pieces) rather than chipped. Take care, a small stone was scooped up with the plant material and this damaged the blade (dented edge and would not pull material through properly). The blade was reversed and the shredder continued to work well. It is more comfortable to use ear defenders!

Great machine at a very competitive price
I bought it because it shreds green material extremely well . It is quieter than I thought. Be aware of the thickness of the branches it can shred. Highly recommended.
