Does not disappoint
So, I ordered this item online. The delivery was fast and on time. I unboxed the trimmer, fitted the battery & tested the operation. All worked great so I charged the battery but to my dismay, the charger decided to blow ( good job I was home as it was red hot and stinking ). Not to worry though, I called my local B&Q ( Lincoln ) to ask if I could exchange it in store. No problem they said. So I swapped it out with absolutely no issues at all. All the staff were great and not at fault for this manufactuer defect. My Replacement unit works perfectly. The anti trap feature is great, as is the sawing function. I have chopped many a hedge and tree top so far with no issues. I also qualified for the free battery ( offer ends 30th June 2022 ). Thank you B&Q and thank you Bosch.
