Bostik STIX A520 Tex Power is a water-based SBR adhesive designed for installing a wide range of carpets, including those with foam backing, non-woven felt & actionbac, needlepunch/fibrebonded, with or without backing and cocosisal & sea rush coir with latex backing. It can be applied to smoothing compounds, concrete, sand/cement screeds, flooring grade plywood, chipboard and hardboard. It is not suitable for use with highly plasticised PVC. It’s supplied in a 15kg, post-consumer recycled (PCR) bucket, helping to reduce the product’s impact on the environment. It is suitable for use with warm water underfloor heating systems, provided a surface temperature of +27°C is not exceeded. Handy sized 15kg Bucket covers up to 50m2 coverage. Professional grade adhesive with very low VOC emissions to EC1 - minimal odour. Carpet adhesive for most types. A high performance adhesive - high shear strength. Suitable for professional or DIY applications - easy to use. Application method - 2mm notched trowel. High final strength. Short waiting time.
