Cord broke

I brought this last month, hardly used and the pull cord broke left the light on ...not impressed

The specifications say that the bulb is included when it is not. It also states G9 capsule bulbs ... this is not the case. There is an E14 screw connection, but any E14 bulb is too big for the glass aperature.
