The Brightside Flat Glass Fixed Skylight is a UK-manufactured rooflight designed for flat and low-pitched roofs (5°–30°). It combines a slim aluminium frame with a high-performance double glazed unit to deliver strong structural support and thermal efficiency. The unit features a 28mm insulated glass construction, consisting of: 6mm toughened outer pane with UV-blocking black ceramic border 16mm argon-filled cavity 6mm toughened Low-E soft coat inner pane Thermal silicone spacer seal between panes This configuration achieves a whole-unit U-value of 1.19 W/m²K, meeting Part L Building Regulation requirements. From the interior, the slim aluminium framework is minimally visible, providing a clean flat-glass appearance. Externally, the powder-coated anthracite grey aluminium frame protects the glazing edges and provides mechanical fixing points for secure installation. Each unit is supplied fully assembled and ready to install.
