I bought it and clean out the large patio with my powerjet to clean out and dry first. then I applied the Patio Magic on surface and leave it. Few weeks the algae growing back. Waste of money.

This product really works. My advice is to apply it when no rain is forecast for at least 2 days. Then be patient. I find it continues working and the full results are not seen for a few weeks. My patio is now clear. Great stuff. Shame it's not cheaper.

applied to paving as a diluted product and left to dry this cleaner sets to work over the season to lit grime and stop new dirt settling into the grain.
