Not builders sand
WRP - 2 months ago
This is definitely not builders sand. Very gritty and hard to manage. Avoid!
Shocking!
Must do betta - 4 months ago
This sand is awful. Horrible colour and terrible to work with. The mortar you get using this in the mix doesn’t stick to anything (even with some added hydrated lime). Buy builders/soft sand from Buildbase and compare them - it’s night and day. I can’t believe they still stock this, at the very least they should reclassify it - maybe just ‘Diall Red Grit Dirt’ and don’t charge people for it - you should pay people to take this muck off your hands!
Who would buy on covage when the depth is not give
Ashtonroad - 6 months ago
How stupid, I might be casting a block 1 m in depth, I doubt if this bag would cover it, 16 sq m would mean I could cast a slab, 4m x 4m x 1m = 16 cu metres!!!!!
Great for small jobs

Easy to handle bag with just right amount for those small jobs. If the bags are stored outside please remember that they most likely be soaked in water and heavier then usual. I guess the only improvement would be a recyclable bags (if they not already)
Terrible
RZA - 11 months ago
Full of stones, absolutely useless for plastering.
