So comfortable, easy for me to get off even though it rocks, I dont think it rocks excessively just enough. I like that you cam use the heat alone without the massager. Thought I wasnt sent the instructions which contain the controls for the heat/massager but these were contained underneath inside the chair as I just lifted the box off the base. A great bit of furniture.

Great comfortable chair does what it says on the tin. Only problem is when you get up recliner for feet don't stay down, you have to push it in till it clicks after you stand up. And the smell of the leather is horrible but fades after about a week.

Happy with the product, only used it a few times but no complaints so far. Delivery was not great it arrived in two boxes 3 days apart. However, customer services were on top of it and were keen to get it resolved. Would use again.

The chair arrived a day earlier than scheduled and delivery instructions had not been passed onto driver. The chair itself was easy enough to assemble although the instruction page was laughably poor. Chair back is not as tall as advertised. Massage and heat functions work well and massage motors do not intrude into chair seat or back so it is a comfortable chair for sitting for long periods. I like the swivel facility and the well weighted rocker. I am very pleased with my choice and had the chair arrived with proper instructions it would have got five stars.
