It is one of the best money can buy. You can feel the massage working straight away . It is comfortable even for me as I am short. Plus I didn’t have to wait long for it. Now my sister in law wants one. You wouldn’t get one as good as this one any where else.

As described, massage a little weak, and could perhaps lose a cup holder and have a little more padding around the front of the arms, but these are minor suggestions, overall excellent.

Good quality chair but too firm for my boney back. Asked to return it and it was collected quickly. Just waiting for refund now.

Absolutely perfect for my Mum who is unable to walk at the minute due to having a really bad fall and broke her pelvis. She says it is so comfortable and the heat and massage really helps with pain. Thank you so much, I would certainly recommend this chair.
