Inadmissible !
Bois éclaté par les vis à plusieurs endroits lors de l’assemblage en usine. Croisillons non cloués. L’arche ne peut pas être assemblée et est donc inutilisable ! J’ai déposé une réclamation illico. Comment se fait-il que ce produit soit passé au travers des contrôles qualité au vu des défauts on ne peut plus visibles ?

Would have been 5 stars but one of the side trellis wasn't attached so had to drill new holes

Faulty goods.
I ordered two arches, one of the side panels on one was not attached to the frame as the screw had been put in incorrectly. Whoever wrapped it must have noticed as there was extra ties around it to hold it together. I don't consider that acceptable for the price. I won't be ordering anything else from that company. Otherwise, simple to assemble.

Beautiful arch
Well made garden arch. It came wrapped in clear cellophane and 4 straps. It was very easy to put together but you do need two people to build it. It says it takes 40 minutes to make up and it took my husband and a friend half the time. Can’t wait to start growing wisteria on it in the spring.

Cutesy garden vibes
In love with this garden arch for my little backyard. It was too easy to install and looks very durable. Decor options are versatile I have planned to plant rose creepers that can grow around the arch to give that cutesy look to my garden. Loving it already

Unit not square ? I will have to reconstruct it
When i received the package containing the product one upright side was fine but the other side was not put together properly,the long screws connecting the main side posts to the lattice centre peice on both sides were broken.i had to rescue all 4 before starting construction.
