Product very good
It did arrive a couple of days late but the doors are great and a bargain compared to double glazing local company’s.

Great price poor quality
I purchased the doors and they looked very good from what we could see without taking the packaging off, when we came to fit them there were lots of marks and a couple of digs on the frame and one of the doors plus trying to adjust them properly is a nightmare, if we hadn’t had to fit them straight away I would of returned them had to give client money off
Raging customer - 2 / 5 - 12/06/2026
Poor customer service
The doors themselves are fine and look great, but the holes for the locks on the handles are cut in the wrong place therefore won't fit. B&Q have since told me the doors are out of stock and they can't tell me when I can expect replacements. So I have had to pay a joiner to install doors that I cannot use.

Not impressed
I ordered this, it came nearly a week late. Bottom is completely scratched and scraped and has no handles and only one pane. Not sure what im supposed to do now. Ridiculous

Better than expected
For price can’t fault it and lot better than expected, the negative reviews don’t take into account the price and for the money it’s decent, I’ve put on out building if was going on house I’d pay a lot more for something. Easy to fit package well and looks decent
Chibs - 3 / 5 - 20/04/2026
missing pieces
The panel of air vent in the in and out of the door was missing.
