Bought this at weekend, put it up and 24 hours later it had flooded my summerhouse, it had a leak coming from somewhere, didn’t even get chance to go in it, took it straight back to b&q. Please believe the reviews on these cleverspa hot tubs they are not good

Easy to set up. 4 or 5 simple steps and we (2 pensioners) had it sorted. Used next day. Last spa had an 'egg' control so unsure about this one with the cotrol on the actual spa but prefer the convenience of this when in the tub. Haven't set it up to a mobile yet - we don't need it just now - so can't review that aspect.

Bought last month. Used twice and bubbles stopped working. Numerous attempts to contact company and was ignored so returned to B&Q and got money straight back

Purchased last week first time we got in hot tub lovely and warm, did everything right however this is more of a cold tub than hot!! Took back to bnq was given full refund
