Light looks nice but the glass has a gap of about 2 inches between that and the ceiling. Through this gap the fittings and bulbs can be seen which spoils it

Design flaw!

Resubmitted due to rejection on 7 January at 0347:
I had to return this light to the store as it doesn't fit flush to the ceiling and as a result you can see the light bulbs inside! It makes it look like its been badly fitted (but it was fitted correctly). I wondered why this light wasn't on B&Qs display as it is otherwise a very attractive fitting. The packaging and website pictures are also misleading as the picture only shows the pretty light fitting - doesn't show the not so pretty bulbs that totally spoil it.

How does this review not meet your guidelines BandQ? Is it because it is negative? Because I am only giving an honest review on a faulty design. I have been through your guidelines AGAIN and my review doesn't breech any guidelines. Is this why this light fitting has no reviews? Are you rejecting all the negative reviews? Perhaps you can tell people who take the time to review a product only to have their review rejected WHY their review doesn't meet your guidelines?
