Needed one additional socket, as Hamilton do not seem to do this colour any more. Was a good colour match, not bad for the price. Did think that you would be hard pushed to equip your whole house with black nickel fittings as there was’ t enough stock available, shop is ok for the odd fitting though.

Easy to install and looks great

I already had the light switches from this range in my newly-decorated bedroom and wanted the sockets and blanking plate to match. I was a little concerned by some of the reviews stating that they were difficult to fit, but the only problem I had was due to one of the pre-existing metal boxes in the wall standing slightly proud of the plaster. Once I had rectified that then the socket itself was a doddle to fit, taking just a few minutes per socket and they all look very sleek and elegant. So my only advice is to ensure that the box you are fixing it to is flush with the surface of the wall before commencing the work.
